Established in 2013 and built on over two decades of hands-on experience, PWSE is led by Paul Smyth — a qualified electrician who worked his way from site-based installation through to advanced estimating and inspection roles. This dual expertise ensures every estimate reflects real-world knowledge, combining practical site understanding with sharp commercial awareness.

Paul’s career kicked off in 2000, rewiring houses in Dorset, installing power and lighting, and ensuring safe, compliant setups. He then studied at Chelmsford Engineering College, after completing his apprenticeship he then went on to earn his C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification. Alongside this, Paul worked both on site and in the office to assist and sharpen his estimating skills and rapidly progressed to senior roles.
